Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture or equivalent • At least 5 years of architecture experience in hotel and resort projects • Keen eye for interior design • Able to independently manage multiple projects with minimal guidance • Comprehensive knowledge of construction details and materials • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and/or other relevant software • Good command of English, with Thai or Japanese as a plus Responsibilities • Manage the design process from conception to construction to completion of property development projects • Produce architecture designs for properties that we will develop • Liase with contractors to develop construction plan and select materials and furniture • Manage all aspects of Interior design of the development • Oversee and monitor progress during the construction of the project • Ensure coordination and clear communication between relevant parties
