REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Architecture or equivalent ----- • At least 5 years of architecture experience in hotel and resort projects ----- • Keen eye for interior design ----- • Able to independently manage multiple projects with minimal guidance ----- • Comprehensive knowledge of construction details and materials ----- • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and/or other relevant software ----- • Good command of English, with Thai or Japanese as a plus ----- Responsibilities • Manage the design process from conception to construction to completion of property development projects ----- • Produce architecture designs for properties that we will develop ----- • Liase with contractors to develop construction plan and select materials and furniture ----- • Manage all aspects of Interior design of the development ----- • Oversee and monitor progress during the construction of the project ----- • Ensure coordination and clear communication between relevant parties -----

We are looking for a talented senior architect to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. The senior architect will work side-by-side with the Accelera Management team on exciting new real estate development projects. He or she will serve as an in-house architect and interior designer and work on our various property development projects.
