1. Duties: General description: Designer will work under Design Manager and/or Design Director to manage and deploy the project. Details duties - For Interior Designer, work and consult to Clients or Design Manager / Director to design or renovate spaces to meet their standards – including (i) Working closely with 3D visualizer and CAD Specialist ito provide necessary drawings, (ii) support to material and FF&E selections, and (iii) responsible for final resort of design deliverables, drawings and project progress. - For 3D Visualizer, work closely with Designer and/or Design Manager to produce 3D and/or Sketch Up renderings for the project presentation and other deliverables. - Manage and deploy the projects which are given by Design Manager / Director. -Perform other tasks as assigned arising from the Head of Studio. 2. Requirements: Skills and Specifications: - For Interior Designer position : (i) Strong in concept idea, creative, and smart; (ii) Good presentation skill; (iii) Good knowledge in computer and presentation programs such as Sketch Up / 3Dmax / Vray / PowerPoint / Photoshop / Illustrator and other related design software; and (iv) Good knowledge of interior/furniture details, working drawings and construction documentation/ specification. - For 3D Visualizer position : (i) Good knowledge and understanding of interior design and architecture; (ii) Good presentation skill; and (iii) Good knowledge in computer and presentation programs such as Sketch Up / 3Dmax / Vray / Photoshop - Good collaboration skills, organized and able to work in team environment. - Good team worker; able to communicate well Education and Qualifications - For Interior Designer position : proven experience in Interior Design Industry ~ 4-8 years for Senior Level and 1-3 years for Junior Level (Talented newly graduates are also welcome). - For 3D Visualizer position : 2-5 years of experience in 3D visualizing works in Interior Design or related industry. - Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field from a recognized institution. - Thai national with excellent proficiency in English.
