Duties: ●Manage process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client and stakeholders. ● Drive BIM adoption in the company. ● BIM project & technical support (authoring, collaboration and management) and liaise with internal and external support channels. ● Develop and maintain company’s BIM standard and library. Develop, discover, collect and share processes, best practices, tools and techniques of BIM/ Revit/ other BIM tools. ● Coordinate in-house training of BIM/ Revit related system and software. Requirements: Skills and Specifications: ● Completed BIM Modelling or BIM Management or similar courses or obtained Revit Architecture Certificate Professional / Associate (optional). ● In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture. ● Good graphic presentation skill and attention to details. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills. ● Ability to use time productively and maximise efficiency. ● Possess to ability to work well as part of a team and independently ● Willingness to work overtime, under pressure of deadline; ● Good English skills. Education and Qualifications ● Degree/ diploma in Architecture with 5 – 8 years’ of industry experience. ● At least 1 year’ BIM / Revit related project implementation experience.
