General description: - Interior Designer will work senior designer and design manager to produce and support the project. - Organizes and conducts client interviews to determine space needs and requests , communicate with client to clarify the requirement. - Participate in preparing proposals, concept presentations and design development included design drawing package. - Work together with, 3D and CAD Draftsman; directs staff to complete design and technical drawing. - Select materials, colors, fixtures, furniture and other assets. - Produce, review and finalizes space plans for projects. - Report daily work to senior designer and design manager. Requirements: - Skills and Specifications: - Strong in concept idea, creative, and smart. - Good presentation skill. - Knowledge of design principles and aesthetics. - Excellent in Auto CAD, Photoshop. Able to use 3D and Sketch up will be an ideal. - Can understand and brief clearly requirement from client. - Ability to work independence, time management, well organize and responsibility. - Demonstrate ability to solve problems, finding answers, and manage the resources with optimal, timesaving solutions. Education and Qualifications: 2-5 years experiences in Interior Design Industry, A recognized Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 2-5 years experiences in Interior Design Industry. A recognized Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
