Required Qualifications • Graduate of an Architecture, Graphic Arts or Interior Design program or relevant degree. • Must have 6-8 years of experience for Senior 3D Visualiser position and 3 - 4 years experience for 3D Visualiser position in architectural visualization. • Computer literacy with a strong proficiency in Autodesk 3D Studio Max, V-Ray and Photoshop. • Photography experience a plus • Programming and Scripting experience a plus • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or In Design a plus Skills • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; maintain a calm poise during stressful situations. • Must be detailed oriented, curious and able to make wise decisions despite ambiguity. • Demonstrates professionalism and respect while being in a creative space • Can challenge the prevailing assumptions on a visual narrative where warranted, and suggest better approaches. • Ego-less when searching for the best ideas and share information openly and proactively. • Inspire others with your thirst for excellence. • Accept personal accountability for project deliverables. Job Duties Include • Work closely with a Team Lead to provide 3D rendered images and animations to the specifications of each project. • Keep Team Lead / Studio Manager informed, share information on project activity, identify issues and concerns, and provide problem solving expertise. • Coordinate 3D project activities, ensure key project information is passed along to appropriate people, estimate effort for delivery, meet delivery deadlines, and proactively participate in problem identification and solving. • Understand client needs and expectations to ensure a successful project. • Understand what the Studio needs from the client to ensure a successful project and inform Team Leads of these requirements when required. • Performs all work and makes decisions with minimal supervision and/or instructions. • Communicates in a clear, professional and articulate manner. Able to communicate complex technical information/data in a simple manner both orally and in writing. • Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required. • Completes other special projects as directed by manager or staff – Performs other duties as assigned
