1. Duties: • General description:  Design manager will work under Head of Studio and Design Manager to manage and deploy the project. • Details duties:  Leading, mentoring and developing an architecture team.  Participate in preparing proposals, concept presentations and design development.  Leading, mentoring and developing an architecture team.  Supervise the preparation of specifications and tendering documentations.  Create and oversee general design direction for oversee projects across the country, overseas travel when necessary.  Design development of internal design for existing projects and evaluate with specific details on benchmark / competitive / winning projects.  Review and approve conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings.  Perform other tasks as assigned arising from the Head of Studio. 2. Requirements: • Skills and Specifications:  Strong in concept idea, creative, and smart.  Proven knowledge in carpentry construction & technical detail drawings  Strong knowledge and understanding of project, material and cost management  Extensive knowledge of design principles and aesthetics.  Demonstrate leadership and responsibility.  Demonstrate ability to solve problems, finding answers, and manage the resources with optimal, timesaving solutions.  Excellent in design presentation and human relation skill • Education and Qualifications  Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience  A recognized Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
