Take responsibility for the organization of the work, team and resources for the successful delivery of the projects. Meet deadlines & ensure quality is achieved on projects. Ensure that the team is focused on achieving high quality design, using international standards and delivering to targets. Mentor junior designers, transfer knowledge, coach and encourage good procedures, key techniques and best practices. Coordinate any specific demands from clients with rest of consultants and technical teams. Responsible for organizing material for presentations & design submissions. Review project progress, design elements, technical drawings, construction details and specifications and supervise quality regularly and periodically. Constant contact with product suppliers, materials, furniture and equipment for latest information. Develop projects with international design standards for delivery of high-quality buildings. Site monitoring and supervision support as required for completion of the projects.
