· Research project location, local variables analysis and elements of inspiration. · Create main Concept and Design Development of the architecture or masterplan. · Coordinate with clients, rest of consultants and technical teams. · Manage project timeline, deliverables, and resources. · Constant contact with product suppliers, materials, furniture, and equipment for latest information. · Develop projects with international design standards for delivery of high-quality buildings. · Elaborate technical details and construction drawings to international standards. · Site monitoring and supervision support as required for completion of the project. Strong advanced computer design skills. Ability to use AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop and Illustrator. · Parametric designer form finding skills with Revit and Rhino skills are an advantage. · Tracking latest design trends and passion for design quality and excellence. Knowledgeable in latest world innovations and happenings in design industry. · Commercial office, hospitality residential and/or retail experience preferred.
